Instructor Application

FIMA Instructor Certification Application - 

You must be a FIMA member with an annual membership as a Silver or Gold member in good standing to apply.

All applicants will be given a FIMA Instructor Recognition Certificate, upon approval, for their initial instructor certification, unless they have been certified as an instructor by one of our Representatives. If so, they will be issued a FIMA Instructor License.  All certificates will expire after one year.

Annual recertification: Upon completion of a FIMA-sanctioned workshop, seminar, or course, members with Instructor Recognition Certificates may apply for a FIMA Instructor License. Or they may complete an annual renewal assessment with one of our Representatives.

Once the documents you provide are reviewed and approved we will email you your Instructor Certificate or License. 

In the event, we are unable to validate your training based on the documents you uploaded we will first contact you for additional information.  If you are unable to provide the required information we will issue a full refund.

You will receive an email to upload your current Instructor certificate once you have applied.
